World Taekwondo Federation rejected Uche Chukwumerije Protest
World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) have rejected the protest by Uche Chukwumerije to reverse the match 141 of the recent Beijing Olympics between his son, Chika Chukwumerije and Alexandro Nicholaidias.

Uche Chukwumerije, the Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Abia North Senatorial District, has filed the petiton for the protest on the basis claiming the result for the match of his son, Chika Chukwumerije and Alexandro Nicholaidias from Greece was biased due to racism.
The President of the World Taekwondo Federation , Chungwon Choue, in response to the petition filed by the Uche Chukwumerije, clearly stated the result of the judges is in favor of the Greek.
Chungwon Choue was quoted saying “Contrary to your (Uche Chukwumerije) letter (Petition), the Competition Supervisory Board did review the video replay and concluded that the decision was correct.”
However, Choue did commented of the accusation of racist accusations by the Senator. Choue stressed that there was no need for such accusation as TaeKwonDo is a global sport accepted by all, beyond the limit of race, religion, politics or gender.
